We are excited about the new upgrades to the Pavilions in 2011! We thank you for your patience while contractors are on-site and we will be notifying your building/apartment with any parking changes. 

Some of the upgrades you can expect in the next few months include:

Roof replacement, gutter/downspout replacements, siding replacements, re-sealing the parking lots/driveways, curbing repairs, landscaping upgrades, new clubhouse including new fitness centers!

Pavilions Reminders

West Recreation Center open from 9am-9pm 7 days a week and your Fitness Centers, Laundry rooms and the East Village Racquetball court are open 24hrs a day 7 days a week!

1. Please remember to bring your Recreation Pass with you while using the amenities here.  Our amenities are for our residents only.

2. If you are under the age of 18 you must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 while enjoying the amenities or resident functions.

Please be sure to dispose of all household trash in the designated trash receptacles located throughout the property. We take pride in our community and know you do to, so lets all do our part!

Please be sure that you are picking up after your furry family members.
 Be sure that your pet is on a leash at all times and that you have a plastic bag to pick up after your pet at all times. We do have multiple pet stations throughout the property that have bags available.
