Attention Residents Powerwashing at the Community will begin June 9th.

We will begin with Building 1 and work our way through the entire community.  All Personal Items must be removed from Breezeways and Balconies with no exceptions.

Pavilion's Pool Rules 

1. Pool hours are from 9am-9pm and there is no life guard on duty

2. Due to no supervision, any child under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is over the age of 18 at all times while at the pool.

3. Be sure you have your recreation pass while at the pool, we want to remind everyone that our pool is for our enjoyment and the enjoyment of our family members.  Please be courteous and remember to only bring up to 2 guests to the pool at any time.

4. There are no glass bottles permitted at the pool at any time.

5. There are no pets allowed in the pool area at any time.

Some Items to Keep in Mind While Enjoying the Outdoors...

1. Please be sure to dispose of all trash into the designated trash receptacles located throughout the property.  Please be sure to clean up any trash that you or guests bring into the bar-b-que areas or while out enjoying the property.

Be aware that you will be charged $25 for every item/bag that we find outside of your apartment door or on your balcony without sending a warning letter. We all want a clean and sanitary community!

2. Please be sure that you are picking up after your furry family members!

It is not the responsibility of the grounds/maintenance team here to pick up after your family members while you are walking them around on property.  Be sure that your pet is on a leash at all times and that you have a plastic bag to pick up after your pet at all times.  We do have multiple pet stations throughout the property that have bags available.

Every Month we Update our Community Calendar with Special Monthly Events, so check it out or stop by our Leasing Office in the West Village to see what's new!

The following events are re-occurring every month:

1. Pizza and Movie Night, the 3rd Wednesday of Every Month from 6-8pm in the East Rec Center

2. Monthly Children's Coloring Contest - Residents 12 years old and under
